Refunds will be considered under circumstances in which an item has incurred genuine damage in the transit process. The customer will be required to contact us (by email) stating the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item, and will be required to package and return the item in the same manner that it arrived. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive and inspect the item for genuine transit damages, if applicable, a full refund will be issued.
All approved refunds will be issued within 48 hours via the same payment source from which the initial purchase was completed.
