Why do I need to register myself on your site? Once you confirm an order during your first purchase, you will be prompted to register yourself and provide us with necessary details. Registering takes just a few minutes, but will spare you the time and effort of entering your details during future visits.
Do you sell products at a discount? Occasionally we sell some of our products at a discount. Such offers are clearly shown on the top right of our web pages. Occasionally, we provide digital coupons to be used by our customers for all promotional offers or discounts we run though our website.
How shall I come to your shop if I am interested in purchasing from your physical store? You can simply follow the address given in our Contact Us page. You are also guided through locate store from where you can see the directions as well calculate the distance between your location and apaulogy.
Why am I unable to order a framed illustration? We are currently in the process of sorting out logistics which will enable us to securley ship framed items. Until then, we only offer mounted illustrations which you may get framed yourself (Do not hesitate to contact us for framing assistance). We do not ship any glass items due to fragility, this includes framed illustrations.
If I would like to purchase a framed illustration, what should I do? If you are located in Bangalore, you may visit aPaulogy Gallery (address on Contact Us page), or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and place an order (We will deliver the item to you, handling and delivery charges apply). If you are located in Mumbai, you may visit aPaulogy Mumbai (Worli).
Can I get an item signed by the artist? Yes you can, all illustrations are personally signed by the artist before they are shipped. If you would like a book signed, you may email us at email@example.com at the time of your purchase with the desired text.
Can I purchase an original piece? Unfortunately, Paul Fernandes does not sell his original pieces. All products on our website are reproductions of the originals.
If I would like to present an aPaulogy product as a gift at a conference, reunion or other event, are there discounts offered? Certainly, we provide discounts for these types of orders. Do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you also sell products that are not displayed on your website at the moment? Yes, we do: mugs, clocks, illustrations printed on tile, giftcards, postcards, sling bags, plaques, fridge magnets, boxes, serving trays. Visit aPaulogy Gallery.
Are the product images on your website reflective of the actual product I will receive? All product images on our website are designed to most closely resemble the final product you will receive. Please note, image resolution is intentionally minimised for the web. The actual clarity of our final products is not accurately respresented through our website.
How long will it take for me to receive my domestic order? All domestic orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders that consist of prints may take a day or two longer, to allow for production and the artists approval and signature. Depending on the location, delivery can take 5 to 10 business days, usually much earlier.
How long will it take for me to receive my international order? All international orders are processed and shipped out within 3-4 business days. Orders that consist of prints may take a day or two longer, to allow for production and the artists approval and signature. Depending on the location, delivery can take 7 to 10 business days. The duration of customs inspection in the destination country is not within our control and might result in unexpected delays.

Is there a sales/service tax I need to pay on top of my purchase? No, all prices are inclusive of appropriate taxes
Do I need to pay customs and duties on my international order? Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. Any extra charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
